Honestly, what an amazing an easy experience. Also, hassle-free. From my dad & I arrived on the lot, I had already seen what I wanted. We dealt with Andres. He handed me the keys and allowed me to look, and do what I needed to do. He didnt breathe down my neck or hound me and I really appreciated that. He walked us through everything, was extremely thorough and personable. He gave us bottles of water because that heat was no joke. He was super accomodating and gave us some really helpful tips. This place had amazing cars and great deals as well. Literally we were in and out in NO time! I recommend Andres and VIP anyday!

I purchased a beautiful F150 Platinum with an as is purchase/ no warranty .The team at VIP verbally told me if I find anything wrong with the truck in the next few days let the know and they will fix it. Brought it home washed it and found several dents in the roof. Went back and showed them. They reimbursed me for the repairs as they said. They could have told me to jump in a lake. They didn't, that's why I'll give them a five star review.The truck runs and looks perfect now. Thanks to Moe a man of his word. Hard to find these days.
